Campaign Secretary Needed

St. Michael Catholic Church, New Lothrop, MI is seeking to fill a temporary secretarial position to assist with a special fundraising campaign. The position will run from November 2019 to March 2020 approximately 10 to 20 hours per week.  Duties include assisting with campaign communications; organizing various meetings and events; tracking enlistment and solicitation assignments and results, campaign commitments, income and expenses; maintenance of campaign records and files; and production of various reports. Qualified candidates must be computer savvy and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access and Publisher), a pleasing and positive personality and excellent communication skills, and should be willing to work a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend work required.  Qualified candidates should send cover letter and/or resume to: Deb Bitterman at [email protected] by Wednesday, October 2, 2019.Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
