Released Time from New Lothrop Schools

We offer Released Time classes for children attending New Lothrop Schools during the school day. The children are released from their classrooms and catechists pick them up and walk them to St. Michael’s Good News Center, adjacent to the school. The other denominations in New Lothrop are also released at this time, so your students are not missing new information in the classroom.

Out of District Classes

Members of St. Michael’s Parish whose children in grades 1st through 8th who attend a school other than New Lothrop will be educated in the Out of District Program. Out of District classes are held on Sunday from 9:45 AM -10:20 AM in the two story school building on the campus of St. Michael’s Parish.

Good Shepard – Level I & Level II

This program uses Montessori techniques to allow children ages 3 to 6 years (Level I) and 6 and up (Level II) to explore the infinite mystery that is our God.

SPRED

This is a religious education program for individuals, of any age, with disabilities. The students are paired with a mentor and the classes focus on God in our daily lives. SPRED meets every other Monday during the school year, from 6:30-8:30pm in the parish office building.
